- 1In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup self-rising flour and 1 cup Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
- 2Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface or in the bowl for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
- 3Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each into a 6-7 inch rope, then join the ends to form a bagel shape.
- 4Whisk 1 egg in a small bowl. Brush tops of bagels with egg wash. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and kosher salt.
- 5Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes. Place bagels in the basket in a single layer.
- 6Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
- 7Remove and cool on a rack for 10 minutes. Slice and serve as desired.
