- 1Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- 2In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and rub the seasoning all over, including under the skin.
- 3Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
- 4Place chicken thighs skin-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- 5Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the thighs skin-side up and cook another 10 minutes, or until skin is crisp and chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F/74°C).
