    Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment.

    Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of your pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.

    Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix, then eggs one at a time, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Beat just until combined.
