Beef & Cheddar Sliders are the perfect savory snack for parties or game day! Juicy ground beef, melty cheddar, and soft slider buns make this recipe irresistible.

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onions until browned and onions are soft, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.

    Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 more minutes, then remove from heat.

    Slice slider rolls in half horizontally (keep rolls connected). Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish. Spread with mayonnaise and ketchup if using.

    Evenly spread cooked beef mixture over the bottom buns. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

    Place the top half of buns over the cheese and beef.

    Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.

    Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5-7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.

    Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm with pickles if you like.
