Beef & Cheddar Sliders are the perfect savory snack for parties or game day! Juicy ground beef, melty cheddar, and soft slider buns make this recipe irresistible.

- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- 2In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onions until browned and onions are soft, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- 3Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 more minutes, then remove from heat.
- 4Slice slider rolls in half horizontally (keep rolls connected). Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish. Spread with mayonnaise and ketchup if using.
- 5Evenly spread cooked beef mixture over the bottom buns. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- 6Place the top half of buns over the cheese and beef.
- 7Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
- 8Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5-7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
- 9Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm with pickles if you like.
