- 3In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup melted coconut oil and 1 cup brown sugar until glossy and combined.
- 4Add the thickened flax mixture, 1/2 cup non-dairy milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- 5Sift in 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Use a spatula to gently fold until just combined—do not overmix.
