    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage, breaking it up as it browns, for 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

    Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour into skillet and scramble over medium-low heat until just set, 3-4 minutes.
