- 1In a bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix, cold milk, and 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract until thickened. Refrigerate to set.
- 2In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and remaining 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract until soft peaks form.
- 3Cut cooled brownies into 1-inch cubes; chop peppermint bark and crush candies if using.
- 4Layer one-third of the brownie cubes at the bottom of a trifle dish. Top with one-third of the pudding, then sprinkle with chopped peppermint bark and crushed candies.
