- 1In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- 2Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 more minute, then remove from heat.
- 3In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard to make the burger sauce.
- 4Spread 1-2 tablespoons of burger sauce over half of each tortilla. Top with beef mixture, cheeses, and pickle slices. Fold the tortillas in half.
- 5Wipe skillet clean and heat 1/2 tablespoon butter over medium. Cook quesadillas 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.
- 6Slice into wedges and serve with extra sauce and any extra desired toppings.
