    Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, crumbling as it cooks, until no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.

    Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and onions soften. Transfer the mixture to your Crock Pot.

    Add potatoes, carrots, celery, green beans, corn, peas, diced tomatoes (with juice), tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, bay leaf, salt, and pepper to the Crock Pot.

    Pour in the beef broth. Stir to combine all ingredients.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
