- 1Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- 2Mix mozzarella, ricotta, cooked sausage or pepperoni, Parmesan, and Italian herbs in a medium bowl.
- 3Divide dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a 6-7 inch round on a floured surface.
- 4Spoon marinara, then filling onto half of each round, leaving a border. Fold over and crimp edges to seal.
- 5Place on baking sheet. Brush tops with egg wash and cut 2-3 small slits in each for venting.
- 6Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving with extra marinara.
