    Pat pork chops dry and season with black pepper. Place in the bottom of the slow cooker.

    In a bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, minced garlic, and chicken broth until smooth.

    Pour the soup mixture evenly over the pork chops.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours (or HIGH for 3–4 hours) until pork is very tender.

    (Optional) For a thicker gravy, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the crock pot during the last 20 minutes of cook time. Let cook uncovered.

    Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot, spooning extra gravy over each pork chop.
