- 1Pat pork chops dry and season with black pepper. Place in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- 2In a bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, minced garlic, and chicken broth until smooth.
- 3Pour the soup mixture evenly over the pork chops.
- 4Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours (or HIGH for 3–4 hours) until pork is very tender.
- 5(Optional) For a thicker gravy, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the crock pot during the last 20 minutes of cook time. Let cook uncovered.
- 6Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot, spooning extra gravy over each pork chop.
