    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease.

    Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and mix in ketchup and mustard. Let the beef mixture cool for a few minutes.

    Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12x15 inch rectangle.

    Evenly spread the beef mixture over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped pickles on top.

    Tightly roll up the dough lengthwise into a log. Slice into 12 equal pieces.
