Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- 3Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and mix in ketchup and mustard. Let the beef mixture cool for a few minutes.
- 4Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12x15 inch rectangle.
- 5Evenly spread the beef mixture over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped pickles on top.
- 6Tightly roll up the dough lengthwise into a log. Slice into 12 equal pieces.
- 7Place the rollups cut side up on the prepared baking sheet. Mix melted butter and minced garlic together; brush generously over each rollup. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- 8Bake for 18–22 minutes until rollups are golden brown and cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
