Easy Mini Halloween Pizzas

   Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

   Arrange English muffin halves, cut-side up, on the baking sheet. Lightly spray or brush with olive oil if desired.

   Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each muffin half. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

   Decorate each pizza using olives, pepperoni, bell peppers, and cheese slices to make Halloween faces, mummies, ghosts, or monsters.

   Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden. Remove from oven, sprinkle with dried oregano, and let cool slightly.
