- 1Pat chicken tenders dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Lightly dredge each tender in flour, shaking off excess.
- 2Heat 1 tablespoon butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate.
- 3Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter to the pan. Stir in garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant. Add chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up browned bits.
- 4Return chicken (plus juices) to the skillet. Coat well in the sauce and simmer 1-2 minutes to reheat.
