- 2In a large bowl, add chicken and buttermilk. Toss to coat and let sit while you prep the breading.
- 3In a shallow dish, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
- 4Remove chicken from buttermilk one piece at a time. Dredge in breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to coat both sides.
