    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease or line a baking sheet.

    In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    In another bowl, whisk eggs.

    Pat pork chops dry. Dip each chop in egg, then press into breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture until fully coated.

    Arrange pork chops on the baking sheet and drizzle tops with a little olive oil.

    Bake for 22-26 minutes, flipping once halfway, until chops are golden and reach 145°F inside.
