- 3Stir in diced tomatoes (with juices), tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let simmer for 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- 4Pour in beef broth and add frozen mixed vegetables. Bring to a gentle boil.
