    Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large bowl, mash bananas until mostly smooth.

    Stir in almond butter and vanilla extract until combined.

    Add oats, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.

    Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
