    Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

    In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Set aside.

    Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes, until golden and easily lifts from the pan.
