- 1Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- 2In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- 3Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes, until golden and easily lifts from the pan.
- 4Flip salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 5Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter to the pan and let it melt. Pour in the honey garlic sauce and spoon it over the salmon. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is thick and glossy and salmon is cooked through.
