    Set Instant Pot to Sauté. Add onion and cook 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic, cooking for 30 seconds.

    Press Cancel. Add chicken breasts, beans, green chiles, corn, broth, cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt, pepper, and (optional) coriander. Stir gently to combine.

    Lock lid and set valve to Sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 14 minutes. Allow a 10-minute natural release, then quick release remaining pressure.

    Carefully open lid. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return shredded chicken to the pot.

    Stir in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and fully combined. Squeeze in lime juice. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.

    Serve hot, garnished with cilantro, extra lime, avocado, or tortilla chips as desired.
