- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 2In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- 3Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until thickened (about 3–4 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in Gruyère, cheddar, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
- 4Slice slider rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected). Place bottom halves in baking dish.
- 5Layer turkey slices evenly over the roll bases, then pour cheese sauce over the turkey.
- 6Top with tomato slices and bacon. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- 7Place top halves of rolls on, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle extra smoked paprika if desired.
- 8Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 7–8 minutes more until browned and bubbly.
- 9Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve immediately.
