Instructions

  1. 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. 2
In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. 3
Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until thickened (about 3–4 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in Gruyère, cheddar, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
  4. 4
Slice slider rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected). Place bottom halves in baking dish.
  5. 5
Layer turkey slices evenly over the roll bases, then pour cheese sauce over the turkey.
  6. 6
Top with tomato slices and bacon. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. 7
Place top halves of rolls on, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle extra smoked paprika if desired.
  8. 8
Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 7–8 minutes more until browned and bubbly.
  9. 9
Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve immediately.
