- 3Dip each cauliflower floret in the eggs, then coat well in seasoned almond flour. Place on the baking sheet without overcrowding.
- 4Lightly spray or drizzle cauliflower with olive oil for crispiness.
- 5Bake 25-30 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crisp.
- 6While baking, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a large bowl.
- 7Toss baked cauliflower wings in the buffalo sauce until coated. For stickier wings, return to oven for 5 more minutes.
