- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment, if desired.
- 2In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning with 2 tbsp water, and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
- 3On a large sheet pan, arrange half the tortilla chips in an even layer. Top with half each of browned beef, black beans, and both cheeses. Repeat to create a second layer.
- 4Bake loaded nachos in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
- 5Remove from oven and immediately top with cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, olives, sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro. Serve at once with salsa and hot sauce!
