    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment, if desired.

    In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning with 2 tbsp water, and cook for 1-2 minutes more.

    On a large sheet pan, arrange half the tortilla chips in an even layer. Top with half each of browned beef, black beans, and both cheeses. Repeat to create a second layer.

    Bake loaded nachos in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and melted.

    Remove from oven and immediately top with cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, olives, sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro. Serve at once with salsa and hot sauce!
