    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.

    Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

    In the same skillet, add minced garlic. Cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly, until fragrant.

    Pour in chicken broth and Italian seasoning. Simmer 2-3 minutes, scraping up any browned bits.

    Turn off heat. Stir in yogurt and 1/2 cup Parmesan until smooth and creamy. Thin with pasta water as needed.
