    Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

    Add remaining olive oil, then sauté onion for 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute more.

    Stir in orzo and let it toast for 2 minutes, stirring often.

    Add artichoke hearts, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
