    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Position a rack in the lower third of the oven and add chicken broth to the roasting pan.

    In a bowl, mix together butter, fresh herbs, garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.

    Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels. Loosen the skin and spread half the herbed butter underneath; spread the rest on top of the skin.

    Place turkey in prepared pan, skin side up. Roast for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue roasting for 50–65 minutes, basting once or twice.

    When turkey reaches an internal temperature of 160°F, transfer to a cutting board. Tent with foil and rest 15–20 minutes before slicing.
