    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté about 1-2 minutes, just until fragrant.

    Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the cream thickens slightly.

    Lower heat and slowly whisk in the grated Parmesan until melted and smooth.

    Add shredded rotisserie chicken to the skillet and stir until evenly combined and heated through. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

    Toss in the cooked pasta. Mix until well coated, adding pasta water a splash at a time if needed to thin the sauce.
