    Cut sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes. Mince the garlic and melt butter in a small bowl.

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

    Add steak cubes to the slow cooker. Pour garlic butter mixture over the steak and stir gently to coat evenly.
