- 1Cut sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes. Mince the garlic and melt butter in a small bowl.
- 2In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- 3Add steak cubes to the slow cooker. Pour garlic butter mixture over the steak and stir gently to coat evenly.
- 4Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours or until steak bites are very tender. Stir once halfway through, if possible.
- 5Serve steak bites hot, spooning extra sauce over the top, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
