S’mores Bars
S’mores Bars are the ultimate gooey, chocolatey treat—no campfire needed! This easy recipe delivers classic s’mores flavor in a crowd-friendly dessert bar.

- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- 2In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 3Add melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until fully combined and a soft dough forms.
- 4Press about 2/3 of the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- 5Lay chocolate bar pieces evenly over the dough, then sprinkle marshmallows over the chocolate.
- 6Break remaining dough into small pieces and scatter over the top, allowing some marshmallows and chocolate to peek through.
- 7Bake for 23-27 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and marshmallows are puffed and lightly toasted.
- 8Cool completely in the pan before lifting out and slicing into bars. Enjoy!
