    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.

    In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt.

    Add melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until fully combined and a soft dough forms.

    Press about 2/3 of the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

    Lay chocolate bar pieces evenly over the dough, then sprinkle marshmallows over the chocolate.

    Break remaining dough into small pieces and scatter over the top, allowing some marshmallows and chocolate to peek through.

    Bake for 23-27 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and marshmallows are puffed and lightly toasted.
