- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a 12x15-inch rectangle.
- 3Spread marinara sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer salami, ham, pepperoni, and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
- 4Roll up tightly jelly-roll style from the long side, tucking in the edges. Pinch seam and ends to seal.
- 5Place Stromboli seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and cut a few small slits in the top.
- 6Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
