    In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage, breaking it up until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.

    In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

    Spread cooked sausage in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over sausage. Pour egg mixture over the cheese.
