    In a large bowl or stand mixer, whisk together warm milk, granulated sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until slightly frothy.

    Add eggs, softened butter, and salt. Mix to combine, then gradually add flour. Knead for 5-7 minutes, until a smooth, elastic dough forms.

    Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

    While dough rises, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling. Melt butter and set aside.
