This Classic Pasta Salad recipe is a refreshing, crowd-pleasing favorite packed with colorful veggies, tangy dressing, and perfect for any occasion.

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.

    While the pasta cooks, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, olives, cheese, parsley, and salami (if using).

    In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
