- 1In a large bowl, combine bread flour, instant yeast, sugar, garlic powder, and salt.
- 2In a separate bowl, whisk warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
- 3Knead dough on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 4Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
- 5Punch down, divide into 12 balls, and arrange in a greased 9x13 dish.
- 6Cover and let rise again for 25–30 minutes.
- 7Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
- 8Meanwhile, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley for topping.
