    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

    Prepare cinnamon streusel by combining 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and cubed butter in a small bowl. Set aside.

    In a large bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

    In another bowl, mash bananas. Stir in eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, oil, Greek yogurt, and vanilla.

    Add the wet banana mixture to the dry ingredients. Gently fold together, being careful not to overmix. Stir in chopped nuts if using.

    Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle streusel evenly over the batter.
