- 2In a blender, combine 2 cups cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon flour (optional).
- 3Blend the mixture until completely smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
